Right Coast Pools and Spas

He tells me i need a new heating part for hot tub. So i ask him to open pool. The next day i go out to the pool it was leaking water and half my pool was empty. I called him he says oh yeah, it was leaking . Then he comes over and says i need new part for pool . Now i have a hot tub and pool that is broken . Both worked fine at end of last year . He calls me numerous times next week to come over and fix both with new parts . Mean while i call someone else he comes over and tell me there's nothing wrong with the tub after looking at it for 5 min. . Now hot tub workes fine . This guy Chris is either a theif or he doesnt know what he is doing. I call him to tell him he says he going to give me my money back which he never did and will not answer his phone.
