About us

Richard Scott Noble Construction is a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor. Insured and Bonded. We specialize in custom built homes and remodeling, including Historic Restoration. We build quality homes at an affordable price. No job too large or too small. All our subcontractors are fully insured and have at least 10 years experience with the company. All estimates and consultations are free of charge. Most contractors give you a 1 year warranty ours is 18 months on all items that are not covered by a manufactures warranty.
