Called on Friday and scheduled appt for Monday morning. We received an e-mail confirmation with all information and a link to change appt., if necessary. Received a call on Monday morning informing us of the time of arrival and he was here when he said he would be.Very professional, clean cut, answered questions and explained differences between steam cleaning and the OxiFresh system.
