It went well. Computer was slow and finally would not load. Heidi picked up computer and did a through job. When additional problems were found, they were fixed, and she kept me informed of progress. Price very fair. No parts replaced since none were needed. She returned my computer in better shape than it has been in a long time. Very satisfied customer.
