They charged top dollar, but did a lousy job that had to be fixed later by another contractor.  The motor and fan they installed did not properly fit my unit, which caused air circulation problems.  The wiring was sloppy and poorly secured.  They overcharged the system with refrigerant, which caused a problem.  Comfort Connection is a "pet" contractor of the rental management company I use for my beach home - their relationship is far too cozy for my liking.  Once I realized this, I switched to a different company.

He did a really good job, he was dependable.  He was willing to install the system that we had which is unusual.  He made some modifications.  He was fair and really good.  One situation popped up shortly after he put it in, he offered to come out on the weekend but I told him he could wait until Monday.  He was willing to follow up on the work.  It was definitely a positive experience.
