COASTAL ROOFING & SIDING

I had a leak and had several vendors give me quotes. Coastal was the most responsive and the quote seemed fair. Coastal was the only vendor to recommend a diverter be added at a problem spot, and this was done as part of the bid. The roof was replaced withing a few weeks of the quote and deposit. I was sent the invoice for final payment and paid it. This was at a house that is my primary residence, so I had to assume the work was done. Once I got to the house a few weeks later, I found materials in the front yard, a gutter not fixed as was supposed to be, and the diverter not installed. I had to contact the office to get this done, and it was done a few weeks later. Initial response was good and the roof seems fine, but the cleanup and remainder of the work not being done was annoying. As with other vendors in this space, follow-up could be better. When I inquired, response from the office was quick, and the technician I spoke to several times was friendly and provided detailed information. The new roof looks much better than the old roof. I'd use Coastal again but would be sure to inspect the work before sending final payment.

They did a nice job on work itself, and cleaned upon completion. Sometimes they are very hard to get a return call back from, and after completion of the job after several tries I could not get any return calls.

Coastal Rooding submitted a reasonable estimate. The work was completed on time and budget. They replaced the roof with new, better grade shingles and an entire wall of hardy plank siding that was incorrectly installed by a contractor many years ago. Friendly workers. They cleaned their work area daily and took time to remove any nails that had fallen. Will use again.
