Brian Runnell's Affordable Plumbing

Brian returned my call promptly (within 15 minutes of my message). This was important because I have little patience for answering machines yet appreciate that they are a virtual necessity when calling for plumbing services. We had no water service in the house since the temps had uncharacteristically dipped well below freezing for several days here on the Outer Banks. Brian gave me great advice and asked that I open several faucets to relieve pressure once the line defrosts since the temp outside would be in the mid 40's today. He stated that he would come if I would like yet I would most likely be wasting my money as the line would thaw out. We discussed my piping material and he also advised me to watch for a decrease in pressure after the thaw which would signify a leak somewhere. Also instructed me on how to shut the house down since next week would get very cold again. He was honest, sincere and patient with me...all on a Saturday morning. He has won a customer for life and I will spread the word. Character and honesty is just too rare today for me not to let all those homeowners know that it exists with Brian Runnell.
