There was a problem with getting the project going. An agreement was made verbally in October, but a contract wasn't signed until January - and work did not start until February. I'm sure they had other projects going, but there was a lack of communication on both ends during that time period. At times I felt that I was having to email a couple of times to ensure things were moving along or that they knew my selections of paint, backsplash, etc. I do believe much of that was due to being a long distance partnership.
Overall I was very, very happy with the result, cost, communication, advice, and service from Beach Realty & Construction. The people seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would use Beach Realty & Construction again in the future.
