 + -1 moreExcept for the irritation demonstrate by the service man, everything went very well. I do not believe the contractor would have appreciated his employee's attitude, but the work was provided promptly. The issue was resolved relatively quickly.
Description of Work: The heat and air was installed in our upsrairs by this company in the fall 2011. We purchase a labor warrenty to go along with the equipment coverage. When the air was turned on at the beginning of summer, the system had obvious problems. The company responded immediately. The serviceman was not gracious about having to crawl around in a hot attic, but he identified and fixed the problem in just a few hours. I am very satisfied with the service.
