Holland was able to schedule an estimate just one day after initial contact, I found that estimate to be acceptable and had a good interaction with Holland, so we scheduled the work for the day after that. They arrived on time, did the work to a high level of quality, with a similarly high level of professionalism, and cleaned up well after the work.
