They did an excellent, very professional job. We have large windows, some hard to get to and they did a very thorough job all round. Took a little while to get the initial quote and we were on a short deadline, but they worked in the job and got everything done on time. It was a long day, but they stuck with it until everything was done and done right. Would definitely recommend Window Gang and use them again myself.

Because I wasn't totally satisfied with the cleaning of my sunroom windows in July, Mr. Holliday called and offered to have have his people come out and clean the outside of all my windows for free and pressure wash the mold off the frames in front. This was above and beyond what they did before and shows a lot of character and pride in their work. They also cleaned the chimney while they were here. I would definitely recommend them now.

Went fine, showed up when they promised, did a nice job of cleaning the exterior, no issues whatsoever.

Okay. But I'm not sure I'd use them again. See answer above.

Jeff and company have done my gutters and skylights for a few years. They are knowledgeable and friendly. And they don't leave a mess! They also helped me with an estimate and then the work for a neighbor who needed some help. Jeff is great - very responsive.

They showed up on time and completed the job in one hour and yes, I added myself to the schedule. So I will have them come twice a year.

I hired the Window Gang to clean my windows, they did a very good job. I highly recommend them. I have used them several times through the years and before I was an Angie 's List member. They offer various other services such as pressure washing and fence painting. I am very pleased with them and will definitely use them again. The price is fair. They are punctual and very professional.

I am a single woman, living alone, so safety and security are always areas of concern for me when hiring people to come into my home. After studying all the reviews for pressure washing and window cleaning on Angie's List, I felt the most comfortable with Window Gang, so I had already decided to use them before I even called for an estimate. There was some lag time between messages left and phone calls returned, but after I finally got the estimate and scheduled the job, everything went totally according to plan. As the reviews had suggested, I felt the pricing may have been a bit on the high side, but the work was excellent and I was totally pleased with the job they did. They were punctual, courteous, friendly, and very professional.

I recently purchased a 1300-square-foot, 60 year old home with 12 panes in each window, a very large picture window and one storm door. Needless to say, they were extremely dirty. Some of the storm windows and screens were leaning against the windows, not even installed properly. "Jeff" came out promptly to give an estimate and "Mark" came out promptly to do an excellent job. Since the storm windows were old, the glass in one of the storm windows slipped out of its casing when Mark touched it. Window Gang had it repaired and came back to install it for no extra charge. Will definitely use Window Gang again.

I contacted Window Gang for an estimate and received it within a day of the call. After I gave them the green light to proceed with the job, they called me to indicate the day they would be arriving. After the job was complete I found one spot that was missed. I called the office to indicate the missed spot and someone arrived on the same day to apologize and to correct the oversite. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this company!

It was a very reasonable price. Everything was excellent. The service and the friendliness of the work was excellent. They were very efficient with what they did, they were on time, and they did a great job.

Slow to call back, but it was the holidays and I knew I was very late scheduling. The weather was frigid and unpredictable. Prompt service as soon as the gutters were not frozen anymore. I received a call back. They factored this in, so I consider this an honest way to keep customers from spending money unnecessarily.

They left a bill on my door and told me to pay within 30 days. It was very customer friendly and very easy. They cleaned up very well and were very professional. They were a little more expensive.

All work was performed as promised, employees were professional and friendly.

Debris was left stuck to the outside of the gutters after the cleanup. It made my gutters look as if they were still full and overflowing. I would've preferred that they had cleaned them before leaving.
