I have been using Derek to service my Nissan Maxima for seven years. During that time he
performed all regular maintenance and other service work (except tires). Replaced two pumps,
front and rear suspension, brake pads, etc. His garage has always done an excellent job.

Excellent work at a very fair price. Derrick specializes in Honda/Acura work, but he has an excellent mechanic who helps him with Audis. They correctly diagnosed the problems and made appropriate repairs. The Audi dealer in Cary had done a complementary inspection of the car when we had the oil changed and came back with a long list of needed repairs. Some of the repairs were needed, others were not needed or were incorrect diagnoses. I am totally satisfied with Triad's work and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone; in fact, I have already sent several friends to Triad for work on Hondas. Derrick did work on my 1992 Accord about a year or two ago. He replaced the front axles (CV joints) with NEW axles (not re-manufactured) and also replaced a bad (leaking) power steering rack. This work was also excellent quality at a very fair price. If you need work done on a Honda/Acura car or an Audi, this is your best option in the Triad area.
