This business is hands down the most professional and best roofing company in the triad. I had over 10 estimates done and not only did they have some of the best prices but they were on time, got to me the next day and you can definitely tell they knew what they were doing! They finished my roof today and not only was it good quality work, but they did extra for me free of charge. I’m getting another estimate from them to do some Sheetrock work inside my house and to redo my aging vinyl siding on my house.

The best word I can find to use for this company is unreliable. We knew we had a roof issue because we had water coming in our upstairs bonus room wall. We called Storm Guard and they actually sent a young man out the next day. Unfortunately, he was not the employee who inspected and provided estimates. It took several calls and missed appointments before that employee came out. He did send us the pictures of the roof showing the damaged areas. Unfortunately, he never sent us an estimate even after I called and spoke with him once and left him a message inquiring about the estimate a second time. Once the insurance adjuster determined that we did not have enough damage to warrant a new roof, only repairs of the existing roof, ceilings and drywall, Storm Guard didn't want to deal with us yet they were not professional enough to tell us that.

Jeff came out and found hail damage from a previous storm on one side of my roof. He helped me file the claim and when my insurance elected to only pay for part of the repair/replacement, he went to bat for me explaining to the insurance company the need for the entire roofs replacement. Jeff's experience and knowledge in roofing was vital in my insurance companies acknowledgment that the entire roof be replaced at only the cost of my deductible. Jeff is a great guy, very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Outstanding!! The folks from Storm Guard were very professional from start to finish. Jeff helped to educate me about my roof. He pointed out things that the typical homeowner is not going to know. He spotted significant hail damage on my roof and was very responsive and was there to meet with the initial insurance adjuster as well as the 3rd party inspector that my insurance company had hired. Both of these companies agreed with Storm Guard that I did have hail damage. Thus, I was able to get my roof replaced with the financial assistance of my insurance company. The project coordinator for Storm Guard also kept me in the loop to let me know when to expect the roofing crew and then later the siding crew. He also came out to inspect the progress of this installation and to check on the crew. They finished my roof in just 2 days. The normal roofing company would have taken over a week to complete. I would highly recommend the folks from Storm Guard.

Project went very well, roof was replaced and the cleanup was done well. The siding exceeded expectations and has improved the looks of the house and eliminated the need to paint the exterior.
