I've gotten several questions about the company that has blown me off for part 2 of his contracted work...pressure washing and staining the deck. It is Robbie Roberson, Roberson Home Improvement Company (RHIC)...he's local in K'ville. So part 1 was rebuilding my deck which overall he did satisfactorily (a few items were left uncompleted), then we wait for the treated lumber to dry out...pressure wash and stain. He now tried to push me back to Thanksgiving...3 MORE months...really..."since he's so busy". If you're not in any hurry to get work done...you might want to give him a try. However, my experience is he over-commits, doesn't follow through with commitments, works the jobs he wants to, and simply has little regard for past/current "customers." Oh, we agreed on other indoor projects as well including pricing...still undone and won't be by this individual. Caveat emptor.

They did a great job in a timely fashion. They didn't really clean up very good and then they left buckets of stuff on the side of my house I didn't know about. I had purchased everything for them to use and I even took up the moldings and old flooring. They left a very small piece of tile out which I am sure was because it was very small and couldn't be seen by the new vanity. Everything else looked great and I am happy with it.

Robby and his crew installed laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms. Ended up having Jaime paint all three bedrooms and at this very moment is painting our den. Very pleased with their work and will use them again. Highly recommend.
