THEY CHARGED ME 5000 FOR THE SYSTEM AND ONLY CHARGED MY NEIGHBOR 3000 AND SHE GOT THE REVERSE OSMOSIS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THEM AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD. THEN WHEN I DID GET HOLD OF THEM THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 100 DOLLARS MORE.

This company is scamming people. They hook you with a free test with the option to buy. There is a contract involved if they go out of business you still have to make payments to them. They will tell you something is wrong with your water when there isn't.
