I have been a Triad Water customer for over 20 years. I purchased my RainSoft water purification system then, and Triad Water has serviced it annually ever since. This year they completely replaced the carbon media, cleaned the salt tank and serviced my RO unit. They have always been extremely professional and have provided excellent quality of work at a very fair price. I highly recommend Triad Water and their RainSoft service!
