The pump leaked since day 1. Plumber came out many times to repair leak. After the last attempt at repair, the laundry room flooded (8/23/06). Plumber came out next day (8/24) and moved my entire laundry room (including wet carpet) out into the driveway/carport. He hasn't been back since. It's been a week. We don't have any where to do laundry and I have five young kids. Steve promised to come on two separate occasions and he never showed. He said he was going to send an insurance adjuster and we haven't heard from anyone.

THIS LEAK WAS BETWEEN THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR OF MY HOME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF LOCATING AND REPAIRING THE LEAK. THEY HAVE A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND ETHICS.
