NEW GENERATION BUILDERS

We were most pleased with the price, the process and the final result. Robert Taylor is dependable, responsive, and very experienced. We had some definite ideas in mind before starting. Robert used many of them, but improved on many of them, and explained clearly why some were inadvisable, but gave us acceptable alternatives. Our remodeling job (and most, we suspect) included a few unexpected problems as the work progressed. Robert always had a solution that addressed the issue to our satisfaction. His subcontractors were always experienced and did good work. Robert kept a close eye on the project, and finished on budget, except for some upgrades we requested along the way (he always communicated clearly with us on those when we made the requests).

They were so careful and caring when the did their measurements. They did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them.

Robert was prompt and often called me to check on his men. He would even drop in unexpectedly while the men were working to check up on the progress of the project. He was helpful in helping me pick out fixtures and was price conscious. The men he hired were ALL professional and non-threatening to a woman alone in her house with 'strange' men. He had all the construction waste hauled off and disposed of and cleaned up well.

I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD HIRE NEW GENERATION BUILDERS AGAIN JUST BECAUSE THEY CHARGED TOO MUCH FOR THE WORK THEY DID. HOWEVER, THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY BATHROOM AND DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED DONE.
