We spoke several weeks ago and agreed that he would come out to do the work, weather permitting. He also mentioned that he would call the day before he came. Well several days went by and I did not hear from him. I finally called and left a message letting him know that I was going to look elsewhere to get the work done.  Well I called the man who referred him to me and he mentioned Mark was the only person he had to refer. It was about 5 minutes after I got off the phone with my friend that Mark called me and started giving me excuses as to why he did not do the work. I let him know that I just wanted to part ways with him. I did not find him to be reliable or honest about the situation therefore we chose to look elsewhere. Mark had actually painted and stained the deck for us originally and his work is superb.
