Medford Construction

My construction project absolutely could not have proceeded better! These folks WILL do any additional construction that I need done in the future, period! Came in on time, on budget, and with superior quality. I couldn't have done better!

It did not go so well. Medford's architech could not find the blue prints for a house like what we wanted. We basically wanted a Georgian style rectangular house floor plan, with a master bedroom on the main floor. The architech went off on a tangent drawing who knows what. We asked for our money back, $300 out of $750. We still own the lot. We bought a house up the street.

They are very easy to work with. They have good quality people, so I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

They were not bad. I chose another group that seemed to see my vision better then them. They were nice and the pricing was good. They were polite and right on time.

Like any remodeling job, it took longer and cost more than we first imagined. However, the end result was well worth every day and every dollar! Carson Medford and his crew were professional, conscientious, caring and committed. Carson served not only as the general contractor, but he also served as a consultant to the remodel. He provided advice and honest opinions and shared past experiences. Without his guidance, we would have made decisions we would have regretted. In addition to his guidance, he also brings an enthusiasm to the job that infects his team. They are proud of their work, they do not cut corners, and go above and beyond when completing their work. This applies to all the sub-contractors he uses as well as to his core team of Brian and Efran. The project had no scheduling issues, everything flowed smoothly with no 'down-time'. Any additional costs (like repairing the unexpected mold) were discussed up front and there were no billing surprises. The most important part of any business relationship is communication. Carson is an excellent communicator. We did not feel that we were left in the dark at any point in the project. We ended up with a kitchen that was better than we ever dreamed. It is beautiful. It is functional. It is perfect. There is not one thing we would change. We plan on using Medford Construction for future home projects.
