They were honest that it would take them a day or so to get out because of the weather and a large job they were currently working on, but they would work my small job in.
The owner had called me and then his employee (job supervisor) called to tell me he would be out the next afternoon.
He fixed it and went over everything with me.
It was a great local experience.

THE COMPANY KEPT THEIR WORD ON WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. WE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE SIDING THEY INSTALLED. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY CAME OUT THREE TIMES TO DO REPAIRS AND THIS LAST TIME THEY GOT IT RIGHT. WE JUST HAD A MAJOR RAINSTORM AND THE LEAK IS GONE. I FELT LIKE WHAT THEY DID THIS LAST TIME SHOULD OF BEEN DONE IN THE BEGINNING.
