 + -1 moreMia was available to show us any property (no matter how small) and was personable and kind. When we found 'the house' to purchase she was in our corner every step of the way. Advising on home inspections, pest inspections, land surveys, etc. She dealt with city officials, surveyors, inspectors and lawyers for us and was never afraid to ask questions and get answers. She advised us on purchasing negotiations and was successful in securing the home we wanted at a price we could afford. We could not be happier.
Description of Work: Mia was a first rate real estate agent. She made the home buying experience delightful. She was always available to answer any and all questions. Handled what could have been a difficult situation with DOT and utility easements like a pro. We would highly recommend her to handle your home buying needs.
