Mia was available to show us any property (no matter how small) and was personable and kind. When we found 'the house' to purchase she was in our corner every step of the way. Advising on home inspections, pest inspections, land surveys, etc. She dealt with city officials, surveyors, inspectors and lawyers for us and was never afraid to ask questions and get answers. She advised us on purchasing negotiations and was successful in securing the home we wanted at a price we could afford. We could not be happier.
