 + -1 moreThe home we decided to purchase was an estate property. The purchase was complicated by an impending road expansion at the front of the property and purchase of easements by DOT and utilities. This made surveying the property extremely important and Mia had to make several calls to the county to straighten out things and get us on the road to closing. She was pro-active and prompt! Did not let things slide..... and crossed every T and dotted every i!
Description of Work: We did not have any direct dealings with Keller Williams. However, Mia Parkerwas our realtor - helping us purchase a home. She was outstanding! Even though our purchase price was considerably low, meaning her commission was minimal - she was always there for us and treated us like her best clients! The purchase was complicated by need for a survey, DOT easements, utility easements, etc. and she was there with us through it all! We would highly recommend Mia as a buyer's agent!!! We had considered the possibility that we did not need an agent and that we could do it all ourselves - however we are very pleased with our decision to work with Mia. She made complicated issues easy to deal with!
