My telephone call was returned two days after I had left a message. I was told someone would give me a call to come by and give me an estimate. To date I have not received any further communication.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. They were pleasant, professional, punctual and neat. They also notified me I was eligible for credits with both the electric and gas companies which I was not aware and they completed all the necessary paper work for all the credits including the tax credit.
