Great job but didn’t get on the roof to inspect.

"Some roofs you are not able to get onto the roof to inspect due to the how steep the roof is, or the conditions of the weather. A wet roof can be very slick. During these instances, the roof is inspected from the ladder using binoculars and a camera with a zoom lens. When the roof and conditions permit, I prefer to walk every roof."

There's no one way to explain how knowledgeable honest and detail Stephen is. He literally inspects every corner from top to bottom. Every wire, plug faucet light you name it. He makes sure your aware of what your either buying, or what you need to do to sell. Very few put the time and effort as Stephen. After his inspection I knew what I was purchasing and enlightened on things I never would have expected.
