They are very professional and courteous. The day of the appointment his equipment broke down and he was quick to get in touch with me to reschedule as quickly as possible since the equipment had to go in for repairs.
He was on time and called me prior to coming so that I could meet him at the house and not have to take additional time off from work. Rugs came out great and I couldn't be happier. He was able to get out a rust stain from an old dog crate and the scent was gone from where my cat has been marking. He was very helpful in giving me information in case the cat does it again. Also said I could call him back if I had any questions on what to do. I loved that there was no chemical cleaner smell afterwards since they are a Green Cleaner.
Will definitely use them again. Even recommended them to my coworker since her daughter is asthmatic and needs to be careful about what she uses in her house. He also left me a coupon I could use for a future service from them.

James Walker and his associate Steve were exceptional.
I have NEVER had anyone come to clean our carpets and bring into the house everything they needed to do the job. All of the previous cleaners had a huge hose that came out of a van and was brought up and into the front door leaving all of our condition air pouring out the front door. EarthDry Eqp. Is state of the art and custom made of stainless steel, I have never seen such Eqp. Before; and as USMC and 74 yrs of age I expected excellence in the time-old fashion and they delivered both.
BTW: don’t be misled with the DryChem process they offer, we had them use hot steam clean our carpets, and I don’t doubt that the dry Chem process is just as good. These men do cleaning any which way and I will recommend them - they spent the time to do the job where in the past others were in and out in 15 minutes (and I thought that normal?) - I now have a new "normal" and we'll have them back next year.
