+ 0 moreEstimate and price were satisfactory. The original leak was fixed, however, within a month of the roof repair during a hard rain, 2 new leaks were discovered over electrical outlets and appliances. He has been out 2 times and applied sealant but the leaks have only gotten worse. Each time I contact as soon as they appear, however, even though he reads the text, he does not respond for days and only after I keep trying to contact him. He then says he will come out but doesn't and gives inadequate excuses as to the missed appointment only after I contact him about it. It has been 3 months and he still has not fixed the leaks that happened only after he replaced the roof nor has he given any warranty information.

+ -1 moreWork was done in a timely manner. Will know if done correctly as time goes by. Looks good. Problem is I have yet to receive final receipt and warranty information. I have contacted Brian Clinard daily, yes daily. He has yet to send me information. I even offered to send a self addressed stamped envelope. He is intentionally avoiding me. His level of professionalism is horrible. In his mind the work is done he has been paid. Its over. I cannot recommend him. He gave his word he would mail me the paperwork. He lied. A man is only as good as his word. He is cheap. But saving the money is not worth dealing with him.

Description of Work: Brian Clinard came out in April 2013 and gave an estimate for covered porch. He asked for down payment to purchase supplies and was given a check 4/28/2013 for 3400.00 with a verbal start date of May 15th 2013. After months of excuses (LIES) and no work being preformed I asked for a refund. He stated that he had used the money to buy supplies and would have to get the money together to refund me. After several weeks of dodging my phone calls and making excuses he told me he did not have the money to pay me. He has since then give me a total of 700.00. In April 2014 he again said he would build the porch but nothing. This man is a liar and a thief! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in the process of Smalls Claims Court but I'm sure he has no money for me to get! Ol well it the principal! The Provider Did Nothing!
