CRYSTAL CLEAR WINDOW CLEANING & SVC

Wes and the guys arrived right on time and did a heck of a job on the house. It took them just over half a day but that's because it was a pretty big job. The house has three floors and around 35 windows and comes in at just under 5000 sq ft, so I was also pretty pleased at the price they were able to do it for. They are a popular and highly-demanded service provider, because when I scheduled the appointment, it was a NINE-week wait. I'd say it was worth it.

It was terrible. The cleaned my skylights on the inside, and the regular windows on the outside. When they cleaned the skylights, they got dirty water that dripped down our ceiling. He barely cleaned it, but they left dark, dirty lines down the wall. I called them and they came out to paint over the dirty spots. The paint didn't match the rest of the paint on the ceiling, and when we mentioned it to Crystal Clear, we never heard back from them about it. We wound up having to have another company come out to repaint our ceiling, costing us an additional $400. When all was said and done, this was not a very good value.

They did not get out pet stains but they did not claim they would. They did not move furniture around. That was up to me. They went around furniture. I got what I paid for.

It went very smoothly. The owner is very hands on and holds his employees to high standards. I know for a fact this company operates with integrity.

I use them every year we always use them in the fall. We also use them for our rental property and my daughters home. When they came out they even cleaned my shutters on my home. I would give them A's on everything and I will continue to use them in the future.

They were extremely personal and came ahead of schedule. This was the best bargain and the performance was excellent. I will continue to use them as needed.
