Called then out to the house because upstairs air was not working. They couldn't find anything wrong with the unit and replaced the freon (sp?) even though I told them it had just been filled before we moved in in June (called in August). Their best guess was that there was a slow leak. We called out another Angie's List provider who was able to properly diagnose the problem and we replaced our 18 year-old air unit. It's frustrating because we had already spent $280 on freon and then paid cool breeze for more freon (about $180) that we didn't need - there was a greater issue they couldn't find. It was a waste of my time and money.

"We are sorry that you had such a bad experience. We have checked our records and have no customer by your name. We believe that you were serviced by the another company called Cool Breeze Heating & Air located on Clemmonsville Rd in Winston-Salem. They are no longer in business as of 12/31/16."
