He was always prompt,approachable,knowledgeable, and honest.He told me what had to be done,what could be done and where I could improve versus defer replacements. I never felt "upsold" or pressured about a job. I have referred him to neighbors and called him for further repairs.

danBob came all the way out from Winston Salem to give us a quote, which is quite a drive. Quote was good, and he was professional and friendly. He set up an appointment to come back with his crew on the following weekend. We stopped by while the job was in progress, and everything looked good. On Monday we inspected the finished work and it looked great. They found a small amount of termite damaged and replaced that section as well, so it cost just a tad bit more than the original estimate. I was expecting that to happen, as we had seen some signs of termites in the area. The roof has been holding up very well, and still looks like new. I'm writing this review about six months later, and we're still happy with the job.
