We got off to a rocky start regarding scheduling a visit and had to have Angie's List intervene. We had purchased a roofing inspection and maintenance as an Angie's Big Deal promotion. Getting the vendor to respond and commit to a date was very discouraging for 3 - to -4 weeks. However with the help of Angie's team we were finally contacted by the vendor and scheduled a date of service. Once the date of service was made the experience was A+. A call before the service was received and the vendor arrived promptly. Once it was determined that two new attic fans were necessary the vendor obtained new fans and performed the installation on the same day. The vendor was very courteous and explained the process in detail. That evening we noticed that once of the fans did not turn off automatically so a call was placed to the vendor early the next morning. He responded immediately and fixed the thermostat. We are very pleased with the service performed and would not hesitate to use this vendor again.
