I took 2 new work shirts to A Cleaner World to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up, the manager, Carrie, informed me that one of the sleeves was torn at the seam. I hadn't noticed a torn sleeve when I tried the shirts on originally, but it's possible that there was a loose thread that had come undone during the cleaning process. Regardless of how it happened, Carrie had sewn it back together for me knowing that I needed my shirts on that day, told me there would be no charge for the cleaning and to bring the shirt back at my convenience so she could have the shirt mended properly at her expense. I don't have the need for dry cleaning  very often, but when I do in the future, I will use A Cleaner World because of how professionally this incident was handled.

They specialize in dry cleaning, in which I use their services for this as well. However, I was thrilled to learn of their capabilities in cleaning tile floors. They offered quality and professional work. They arrived exactly on time at 8 am and completed the job in a timely manner. They had missed a spot. I telephoned the company. They immediately sent out a service man to take care of the spot. They charged approximately $1 per square foot. They reminded me of the Internet coupon which would give me an additional percentage off.
