Everything went great. Steve was able to come out fairly quickly (within a few days of my call). He identified the septic tank for me and explained how it worked (which I appreciated since I am new to septic systems). He hooked up the long tube that sucked away all of the waste. I think it took a little over an hour but I'm not 100% sure. I had a few questions about our septic field. He actually took time to walk to it (it is far from the house) and looked it over to make sure the field was fine. (The house is over 20+ years so this was also a concern). Overall, I was quite pleased. I saved a few dollars and got great service and learned quite a bit in the process. I would definitely recommend him/his company.
Description of Work: We'd been in our home for two years and realized that the septic tank hadn't been emptied. We have a large family so felt the need to have it emptied/examined. I priced around and found that Steve charged significantly less and was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. This is especially important since I don't know much about septic tanks.
