I contracted them for a couple of days work on trees and they just worked a couple of hours each day. They weren?t up to my expectations. I wasn?t happy with them. I would not use them again.

"Tree Monkeys trimmed 9 trees (Water Oak and Pecan Trees). The trees were overhanging the house and some were in the power lines. All work was completed, no damage was involved at the cost of $1500.00. The trimming was lateral pruning as requested by the customer. We did have to reschedule due to rain. We apologize if we did not meet your expectations."

They were punctual, responsive and did what I wanted them to do. They hauled the branches and cleaned everything after the work was done. They did a good job.

I have used this company three times over the past year. Telephone follow up is prompt and courteous. John is knowledgeable and professional. Members of his crew are thorough, careful, and clean up behind themselves. One time there was a communication issue, in which one aspect of the work was not done as agreed in the estimate. John did not hesitate to send his crew out a second time to ensure that the work was done as agreed. He personally watched to make sure it was done right.
