MR TEAL WAS ON-TIME FOR THE SERVICE CALL. HIS LOCATION IS IN KANNAPOLIS AND I WOULD ESTIMATE HIS TRAVEL MILES IN EXCESS OF 30 MILES ROUNDTRIP. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS HIGHLY COMPETENT IN HIS KNOWLEDGE OF REPAIR AND SERVICE IN TELEVISION PRODUCTS. I HAD CALLED THREE COMPANIES IN THE CHARLOTTE MARKET, AND THEY ALL QUOTED PRICES AT LEAST TWICE WHAT THE TV WORKSHOP CHARGED. ONE COMPANY EVEN SAID TO REPLACE BECAUSE OF AGE. I HAVE HAD THE TV SINCE 10/96. OTHER THAN THIS REPAIR NO OTHER REPAIRS HAD BEEN DONE. I FELT A REASONABLE CHARGE WOULD BE WORTHWHILE FOR WHAT I HAD INVESTED IN THE TV. OVERALL, I WOULD NOT HESITATE IN USING THE TV WORKSHOP AGAIN, AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
