Have 15 yr old riding mower the quit due to gas in the oil and cylinder. Had no way to get it to the shop so Jimmy came to my house (about 20 miles one way) to pick up. Had it back in 4 days. Would have been sooner but he had to order a float valve. Also installed a shut-off valve in the fuel line to prevent this from happening again. Very professional and friendly. Mower runs like new. Would highly recommend.

Called another Concord small engine shop over by the fair grounds who didn't want to fool with the repair but more interested in selling me a new machine. Knew that was a bunch of bull and called Jimmy. He said bring it out that he would check it out. Left it with him and he called a few hours later to say the hedge trimmer was read to pickup. Jim my is very responsive, fair and reasonable. Recommend highly and will definitely be going back for all of mysmall engine repairs!

I am very happy with this service. The mower runs better than new and I was about to scrap it. I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable cost.

Overall it went well. It was ready when he said it would be. Dropped off on a Friday, picked up the following Monday. Price was reasonable for the work performed. I wouild go back to him for other small engine repairs.
