He had it working in a few minutes. Was telling me the maker of the door by looking at the inside hinges. He was correct because I still had paper work on door . Gave me advice about keeping tracks clear. Told me if I had trouble in future the work he did would go toward a new door if necessary. Tim was knowledgeable and friendly.
