They have very good vets. Dr. Bingham is our preferred vet, but we have seen all the vets who practice there.

Wonderful! I would recommend them for grooming and veterinary purpose. They have kept our dog healthy.

Dr. John Bingham is wonderful. We've been with them for almost 25 years now.

We love our vet and have been going to them since we got our first dog when we moved here. He is very educated on the breed of dog we have. Dr. Bingham is the name of the vet and the whole staff is very friendly.

They have great communication and go above in beyond within the community.  An example of this is when they came out to a CFA show and set up a booth. The office is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional.  Their knowledge is tremendous.

The service is always great!!!! I love this office but they are a bit pricey.

They do an excellent job.  They take plenty of time and they are thorough. They provide quality care.  I have confidence and I go back to them.  They know my animals and I like them a lot.  They do a good job and that is important.  As far as preventative care is concerned I had an old cat put down there.  It is expensive.  If I have a big problem I am in right away.

We have always been very satisfied with all of the veterinarians we have seen there.  Non rushed, take time to fully understand and diagnose the problem before prescribing treatment.

They definitely seems to want to err on the side of caution.  Our dogs are "members of the family" so that is how we feel also.  If there are extra test that would make diagnosis more accurate, we are usually willing to get them done.  I feel like we are getting a premium service.  I cant say we are paying a premium for the service because our confidence in Southridge means we havent shopped around or got second opinions - I dont know what others would charge for comparison.  Except once.   I did take 1 dog to another vet that was closer to work and easier to get to.  I forgot the details, but know I spent about $40 for a diagnosis for something and was unsatisfied so I followed up with a Southridge visit later.  I remember the Southridge visit being approx $65 but the value of the visit was more than worth the price difference - much more time spent with the dog trying to fully understand the problem.  I left feeling much much much better about diagnosis and treatment.

The experience was great.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, asking lots of questions so that Dr. Bingham was prepared when we met with him.  Our dog is 15 and other vets have pushed for vaccines and teeth cleaning - procedures that I'm uncomfortable with given her age.  At this stage my primary concern is keeping her comfortable, and at South Ridge I was not pushed to do these things - something I appreciated.  Dr. Bingham's focus was getting the seizures under control and pain management, it was nice to be in sync.

Have used Southridge for years. We drive past about 3 or 4 Vet Hospitals to use them. Dr Bingham is probably the most caring and respected vet around.

LIVED HERE SEVEN YEARS AND THEY ARE OUR PICK. WE DRIVE ABOUT 11 MILES TO USE THEM, THEY ARE RIGHT OFF 85 AND ARE WORTH IT.
