 + -1 moreWe were very pleased. He and his crew were prompt, neat, cleaned up every day, always let us know of their schedule and were trustworthy and polite. We had no surprises. We consulted with him regularly. We made changes and upgrades that increased the price a few times for details we wanted that were not initially specified. He had done a small porch addition for a neighbor in 2000 and they were pleased. We recommend him very highly.
Description of Work: In 2011, we memodeled the back of our South Charlotte home extensively, remodeling the kitchen, breakfast room & Den Including taking out a wall, adding a master bath, and 2 walk-in closets, adding a mud/laundry room, half bath and storage room, ;and a new screened back porch. They do wonderful work, nice details. This was a somewhat high-end project in terms of finish details. Dave Carmona, owner, worked with us to cut costs. He is very creative with materials and design bringing significent improvement in details and appearance with his creative , though we used an architect, too. We used him 12 years ago as well to put on a 90f t front porch ont the front of our cape cod home and add a new family room. This project was lovely and still gets comments. We can share pictures.
