Jeff Perry Plumbing

Jeff is great. One of the few plumbers who will touch a boiler. He came in on time and got to work cleaning my boiler. He had to change out the pilot but otherwise the boiler was in good shape. Gave me info on the boiler that I otherwise would never know.

He was on time. He was very knowledgeable and knew the amount of time it would take for each project to be completed. He is experienced. He calls to confirm the appointment the day before which is convenient. He did a great job. We were able to get quotes on future projects. I would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Perry works for himself and he does all the work. He was referred by Angie's List. I was looking for Wesselman Plumbing as I had used them before, but they no longer do plumbing work and recommended Jeff Perry.
We had scheduled for him to come out a few days before he did, but he had a family emergency and he called me to reschedule. He is very polite and respectful.
He came out on 5/9/13 and he had a new unit with him. We had discussed this on the phone prior to his coming so he knew what type of disposal to bring. He said these were standard and he had some with him anyway. He replaced the unit and showed me some tips on how to use the new unit, things I did not know about disposals at all. I also had some questions about replacing faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, and he recommended certain types to purchase at Lowe's or Home Depot and said he could schedule to come out and replace mine for me.
I really liked Mr. Perry and will call him again for further service.

Called Mr Perry after being referred by Brian Long Plumbing, which does not typically service the Concord area. After I called Mr Perry and left a message, he responded in a prompt fashion and set up a Saturday appointment. On that date, he called to let us know of his pending arrival and came within a few minutes of the specific time. He took precautions to ensure the area remained clean during his work and preformed it in an efficient manner. The job was completed in a courteous and professional fashion. I would not hesitate using him again.
