Great,had to exchange one appliance due to size and fit ; they exchanged without any problems at all,

I picked out carpeting and hardwood flooring and what they installed looks nothing like what I picked.  The hardwood floors have numerous flaws and the wood is warped.  I can't even find one plank that doesn't have a flaw in it. The regional manager came out and looked at it and said they would reinstall it.  The new manager said he wouldn't do it and didn't.  The new manager is very, very rude.

I would rate them overall a B and would use them again.

I was shown a display sample of flooring which was flawless. I have three room and they never replaced it with what they showed me on the display. To start with they were nice. I will never ever use them again. They overcharged me according to other places. The installation under the carpet came with the flooring and they did not tell me.

My old water was leaking and was flowing like a river near my garage. They came immediately, removed the old water heater and installed a new one. They did a great job in the installation. The technician was very nice and I liked their services. I will use them in future.

Went well. Carpet was installed promptly after purchase and installation has been holding up well. Moved heavy furniture over it and it's not buckling as has happened in the past. My only complaint is that the estimate didn't hold up against the final price. Was WAY off. But still within budget.

I have always been satisfied with Home Depot. They are very predictable. They were very very good. They were professional and courteous. They were hard workers.
