I am satisfied with his services. He comes out all the time because I have lots of electrical work. He does his work right although he is not really updated with the newest electrical technology. He is not expensive. I would use him again.

It ended up not being good. I thought the price was good. The first time the power went out, the generator came on and blew up the television sets because, they had wired it wrong. Another company had to come out and fix what Electrical Connection had done. They tried blaming it on something else. When the generator came on, half the house had no power and was wired for 110. The other half had 220 volts wired for 110, so it blew-up three television sets, phones, and blew out eight light bulbs. They took no responsibility for it and didn't return my calls after the first time they came out. When it first happened they came out right away. Then I had to have another company come out. They didn't charge me anything to come out again. For $1100 I thought they would have done a better job. It was cheap, but they weren't competent. They were negligent. The price was good, but the quality was bad. I was totally dissatisfied with their service. They lied about what the problem was. They could have wired it right to start with. My 110 outlets were wired on my 220 volts, rather than the 110 volts.

It took a while to get them out here.  They were slow in getting here.  I got another quote and they were $700 higher.  Once the appointment was made, they were here when they said they were going to be here.  They did a little upgrade with the wiring, which other companies were not willing to do and didn't charge me extra for it.
