I accepted their estimate and gave a $700 down payment. Weeks later I get a refund in the mail saying they are no longer doing windows, only auto, due to new ownership. Highly unprofessional. Did not live up to their agreement and didn't even contact me personally.

I was very pleased with the prompt service I received. I called on the morning of the repair around 8:30am and was told they could order the part at 9:30 and if I arrived at 10 it would be it around 11-11:30 the same day. I felt the price was fair. I had called my auto insurance company and the company they suggested could do it on Saturday for about the same price. I called another company I found on Angie's List which could do it for $179, but would be the following Tuesday before they could do the work. When I called this other company back for a questions I was put on hold and they never picked up again. I decided to use Deals and was pleased with the quick service. They vacuumed most of the remaining glass Debris and had it done in around the time promised. Later my husband found they failed to replace a screw they removed on the armrest of the door when they replaced the glass.

After having my car broken into, I called Deals for estimate - they were the most reasonable of all offers. Began discussing other needs -including a crack windshield. Deals made suggestions for my 25 year old vehicle. They were able to schedule the appointment within days. They called back to reschedule, but were very accommodating since they were making the change. On the day of the appointment, they showed up early, left to retrieve a part and came right back and had the work done quickly. The work was complete and the workers very nice & knowledgeable. I hope I have no more broken auto glass, but if I do, I'll call them again.

The repair to the windshield was fast and satisfactory. I would recommend this company to others.
