Back of fridge was iced up he defrosted it and put it back together. Noticed the same noise that night and next day. He came back out and realigned the fan which was making same noise. It has been doing the same thing almost since he left. I have called 3 different times to get them to replace fan and motor if necessary and not even 1 return call. Very poor marks in my opinion for taking care of customer.

Overall, the experience was good. There are only certain brands that they service, but they are incredibly knoweldgeable with those brands. The techncinas were here on time, explained everything, and then left. Everything went well.

I have used Concord Appliance Co. before this to fix my washer, but I didn't call them originally to fix the stove because I thought they were too expensive the previous time. This time when they came out, they charged less than the other repair company charged. The guy was very polite. I called them in the morning and told them that I had to be somewhere by 1:00. They showed up about 10:30 and fixed the problem. He replaced some parts that had burned out. He even replaced a couple of my burners while he was here. He made sure everything was flat. He was very nice. I think he did a good job.
