We had done a good bit of shopping for furniture during this time as we were fixing up a couple of rooms. We still needed a new king sized mattress and Carolina Interiors were the only people who carried Jamison around here. I wish we had bought all of our stuff from them! They were very kind and honest. They didn't seem to be trying to scam us like everyone else. They even ordered a mattress we were interested in to have on their floor just so we could try it!! Then they held our mattress for us for a couple of months until our new bedroom furniture came in from another store. I will definitely go to this store again. They were so helpful, honest and had wonderful customer service!
Description of Work: We bought a really nice king sized mattress from them.

THE MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND VERY APOLOGETIC. SHE WAS WILLING TO DO WHAT WAS NEEDED TO MAKE ME HAPPY.
Description of Work: ORDERED AN ARMOIRE AND A KINGSDOWN BED. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE 50 MINUTES LATE SHOWING UP. THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG BED AND KNOCKED THE WALLS AND CEILING. WHEN THEY BROUGHT THE CORRECT BED ON THE FOLLOWING DAY, THEN RAN INTO MY MAILBOX. THIS DELIVERY OF FURNITURE COST ME TIME. I HAVE TO ADMIT THEY DID REPLACE THE MAILBOX BUT I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO GET MY CHECK. IT WAS A PAIN.

The company that owned Carolina Interiors then (K-Town Furniture) went out of business in 2009. Carolina Interiors LLC opened it's doors in September of 2010 under new ownership.

WE HAVE BEEN REALLY PLEASED. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT & THEY MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY. THEY TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING AND ARE GOOD TO DEAL WITH.

THEIR DELIVERY CREWS ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. WEVE HAD THREE DELIVERIES AND EVERY CREW HAS BEN POLITE, ON-TIME AND VERY CAREFUL WITH THE FURNITURE AS WELL AS THE DOORS, FLOORS, AND WALLS OF MY HOUSE.
Description of Work: FURNITURE SALES. PATTY AT CAROLINA INTERIORS AND GREG AT MECKLENGURG FURNITURE WERER TERRIFIC. BOTH REALLY KNOW THEIR FURNITURE AND ARE GOOD LISTENERS. ALL THE SALES STAFF AT MECKLENBURT ARE INTERIOR DESIGNERS.
