I have been going to them for 10 years or longer. I am very pleased with them. They seem very concerned and very good with our toy poodles. We have 10 of them and they treat them like they are the best dogs in the world. They are very good in giving us appointments when we need them. I will definitely recommend them. We have been going there for so long that I would assume that they are right in the market with everyone else.

Dr.John Harroff is without a doubt the most humane,kind, and competent vet I have ever been to.There is i no other vet that even comes close to the greatness of Dr.Harroff….

He does not travel well. Overall, everything went well

The office manager is more concerned about money, than providing good customer service.
We will not use this Vet again due to the way we were treated by the office manager.

He worked extensively with me and my dogs for some years. He took a lot of time in looking at options and I did not ever feel like I'm overcharged for the works done.

We were not that very happy with them. What we had received for the prices and that were changed and it was not the same as the one we talked to. We couldn't get flat rate so we couldn't understand that. Every time we took our pet there, they seemed to come down with an ear infection or something like that. We would not visit them again and would not recommend them.

Services and prices were plainly made available with no hard sell. They were very helpful in scheduling. The office visit was smooth and pleasant. All employees were courteous and professional.

The veterinarians are absolutely excellent. They are very personable and concerned for animal welfare and health. I would use them in the future too.

We've used Cabarrus Animal Hospital for many years for our dogs, mostly annual physicals, but also spaying and other minor surgery. They have several doctors who rotate schedules and have Saturday hours that we've found very convenient. I was on my way back from out of town last year when our 14 year old lab died. She had been ill and we knew her time was close, but she died as my wife was taking her in. They took her and told my wife to come in when I got home about an hour later. The vet accompanied us to one of the exam rooms and they brought our dog in. She sat and cried with us for a long time. They had her cremated for us and after we picked up her ashes we got a sympathy card signed by all the staff. They don't just care for animals, they love them, too. We will continue to use Cabarrus Animal Hospital as long as we have animals who need care in Concord.

SCOTT, THE VETERINARY DENTIST, WAS EXCELLENT! I HAVE HAD MY DOGS TEETH CLEANED THREE TIMES BY DIFFERENT VETS, AND SCOTT PERFORMED THE VERY BEST WORK. HE SPENT 30 MINUTES WITH ME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE HAD DONE, HOW TO CLEAN THE DOGS TEETH AND HOW TO USE NEW DENTAL PRODUCTS. HE ALSO SENT ME HOME WITH A BAG FULL OF PRODUCTS TO TRY FOR DENTAL HYGIENE. I HAVE ALSO BEEN GOING TO THIS VET OFFICE FOR REGULAR VISITS AND BOARDING FOR LESS THAN A YEAR. DR. BETH WEISS IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I HAVE VISITED SIX DIFFERENT VETS IN THE CHARLOTTE AREA OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS AND THIS OFFICE IS BY FAR THE CHEAPEST AND MOST EFFICIENT. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL OF THE CARE THEY HAVE GIVEN MY PETS. BOARDING COST IS VERY REASONABLE, CARE SEEMS TO BE EXCELLENT, AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AVAILABLE. I AM SO HAPPY I HAVE FOUND CABARRUS ANIMAL HOSPITAL. THEY LOVE MY DOGGIES, TOO!
