B W Larrimore Inc

Larrimore came recommended from a trusted source.   My experience with this company right now is limited to gutter replacement although I know Bill does other work and I may use him for additional work.   Everything from getting them out to see the job, to getting a quote, to getting the job done went very smooth and easy.    I didnt know what to expect as far as pricing, so I checked out what the material would cost at the big box stores.  If you do this, make sure to include all joints/turns/adapters/hangers/etc.  The "accessories" are more than the gutter material itself.   Using this number as a guide, I thought Larrimores' quote was very reasonable.   Keep in mind the seamless gutter material  Larrimore uses is thicker and the downspouts bigger than typical big box stuff. 

I contacted B. W. Larrimore for an estimate on replacing the gutters on my home after a referral from a friend at work. Billy , the company owner, was prompt in coming to give the estimate. He spent a few minutes with me at my house to revue the options available for the new gutters. Billy returned an estimate with three gutter options in short order. I selected Billy's company to perform the install (I had received two other quotes). While Billy's quote was not the lowest, he was very professional and seemed to be as concerned about the quality of the materials used and the workmanship he was going to use as I was. I chose his company for this reason. I also had the house painted just before the gutter installation. I wanted the trim paint to exactly match the color of the new gutters that were going to be installed. Once I selected the color of the new gutter, I asked Billy if he could provide me with a sample of the gutter material so the painters could match the color. Billy had a sample hand delivered to the painting contractor at no charge to me. B.W. Larrimore's crew showed up on the date promised to perform the install. The work truck was clean and was stocked with everything they needed to complete the install. The crew was clean, professional looking, and polite. The install was completed in one day. Billy came by in the morning to get the crew started. Billy then came back near the end of the day to check the install and meet with me to ensure I was satisfied. I am very happy with the quality of the installation. Although I rated the price of the installation as a "B", I would have given the an "A" for value paid if this was available.
