We were remodeling a bathroom (my son was replacing vanity, faucet, toilet, floor,etc.) and the faucet in the tub needed to be replaced. Our house is 25 years old and when my son saw the type of new faucet and what was already installed he said we needed to call Jeff. We have used Jeff several times in the past, so I would not not use anyone but him. He could not get here until 5:00 the evening he came. He had to cut out a wall in order to have access to the plumbing. The old plumbing was put in inside two 2x4's, so he had to cut out sections of those. The new tub stopper was a twist and stop and not a flapper with a drain, so he had to remove the 25 year old drain to install the new system. He explained to me that in doing so that the "shoe" could drop and he would then have to cut a hole in the ceiling below to get access. He said it rarely happened, but he did want to make me aware before he moved forward. We told him to go ahead and try. He was successful and we had no doubts that he would not be. He was here for almost five hours and never took a break. He had to use a lot of new pipe, etc. Jeff is always courteous, efficient, and does excellent work. I would not use another plumber.

They did the work to satisfaction.  I was very pleased with the work.  I was well pleased with what they did for the price they did it for.

Jeff Jordan's service has been used at least 4-5 times in the past several years. He is always professional, efficient, courteous, and takes pride in doing a job well. I can't say enough! When my main water line broke, they replaced it very efficiently and well. After researching problems with other types of tubing, my choice was copper tubing even though the added cost was harder to deal with. I believe Jordan Service Co. did a great job and the city inspector passed the work right away on the initial inspection. This company has done many other jobs at my home . . . huge tree removal, installating of French drains outside, plumbing, etc. I do not hesitate to call his company and ask can you do this . . . Jeff Jordan will give you an honest answer 24/7.

I LIKED THE TREE GUY. HE DID GREAT WORK. HE REMOVED THE TREE'S QUICKLY AND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
