With an Associates Degree in Building Construction from Wilkes Community College (and permanently recognized on their Wall of Fame), Marc Waddell has been in the construction industry virtually his entire working life. For him, this is not just a business. It is a serious vocation. Marc loves construction and he doesn't believe in taking any shortcuts. "When people hire me, they will receive VALUE and QUALITY. I guarantee it." Marc builds many of vacation houses for people who live "off the mountain." Often they will call him years after he has built their mountain retreat to check on their property, particularly after a big storm or cold snap. Marc likes to say that "By the time I am done building a home, my clients and I are like family" and is always glad to get these kind of phone calls.
