Home Building
I lent him money to build 261 Jordan ridge road. It was supposed to be a spec house. He kept the house for him and his wifes vacation home. Still owes me has a million excuses. Owes me $65,000. He has no conscience. Former best man and friend.

Mike made the building experience virtually pain free. He communicated with me on a daily basis, answered my phone calls and got back to me right away when I had questions or concerns. He was very helpful in guiding me in making decisions about different systems to install and even down to what windows and appliances are most energy efficient. I was an out-of-town property owner and not able to be on site as often as I would like. I had heard horror stories before about the building process, but couldn't be happier with the service I received and the end result.
